Horrible Service

I planned to surprise my friend on her B'day and placed the order 2 weeks ahead. Order was scheduled to deliver 12-5 and 3 PM received notification in transit and a ph no to find out where it is. Called several times no one picks up the number. Left several messages for customer service no one returns the call. Spoiled the surprise, asked my friend to wait till 5:30.. NO ONE SHOWED UP! After 3 days, the order is still not delivered!!! These guys are ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!!
