Ripoff

I was ripped off by Eyeglass World in Las Vegas, Nevada. The store employee added on charges called the gold package which I had said no to. When I ask them to take the $45 off they said no refunds. It was his mistake but they will not remove the charge.

The store employee also told me all the frames in the store were the same. I assumed he meant price. The frame I picked out turned out to be $326. No frames are marked with a price. They put the wrong lenses in so when I went to pick them up they were not correct. I said since you have to start over, I would like to pick out some cheaper frames and apply my deposit to the cheaper frames. The manager said that is impossible becuase the computer does not allow them to do that. BULL.

I ask for the regional manager and she said she could not give out his name, phone number, or e mail address. What a CON.

This place is a total rip-off. They do not care about good service or customer satisfaction. The employees seem to be trained in dishonesty.
