Once again I signed up with 3XP to create a designed website that was supposedly preloaded with 10,000 products through Doba which is a dropshipper. I explicitly requested products limited to home decor decorative assessories and patio accessories and nothing more. I submitted a list of products I did not want such as electronics, sports equipment, clothing, jewely and so on. The site was built but with all the wrong products. I again notified 3XP that I did not accept those products as that is not what I agreed to. I was told that if I didn't like the products I would have to upload them myself one by one from another source of my choice. That was not the agreement and I asked for a refund for the remainder of my initial investment of $2000 allowing for the site that had been developed even though it was completely unusable and unfinished. I sent many e-mails and called the 800# many times but got no results except to be shuffled from person to person who said they would look into it and never ever responded back.
