Ripoff, the tv ad does not tell you that if you get no answer, you still pay 99 cents Internet

I saw an ad for 1010220 on tv, 99 cents for 20 minutes of long distance. When I recieved my phone bill, I was charged 97.44! And most of the calls were calls that were not answered. When you use them, you will pay 99 cents if they answer or not! When I called them, they were very rude. They said I will pay the full amount, and maybe I should have looked for the fine print on the commercial. Who can see that, or have time to read it? I don't remember even seeing any!
