Larry Thomas who works as a maintenance man and First Trust Bank in Kankakee, IL is also who a landlord who is buying up foreclosed homes and renting them out. He promises to do things then does not do them at all or does them half ass. He was told several times about black mold in the basement and decided not to do anything about it so after I had attempted to scrub it with bleach with no success I reported him to code enforcement and that afternoon he told me he wanted me out. He also from day one said that the neighbor did not like us and told us not to talk to them because they were unsocial able when in reality he did not want us to speak because he was running his mouth to us about them and vice versa.

Larry is a married man but his girlfriend or so she says named Kathy has showed up here four times looking for him. He also will make agreements and then go back on them.
