Landlord takes rent money and never does any maintenance work

I reported that i had a problem with my ceiling leaking and caving in January due to heavy rain and nothing was ever done about it. Now it is August and the problem still hasnt been fixed the bathtub has no shower head and the landlord never does anything about it. This apartment is if in need of pest control and the landlord knows that.

Theres only been 1 bug spraying in the 14 months i've lived here. The Landlord refused to change the locks so i had to pay a locksmith do it. Nothing gets done and now that i refused to let the landlord get away with being corrupt he decided to evict me so he can rip someone else off
