I went to bidrack website vie, ebay. When I was transferred they had the EBAY LOGO ON homepage. I was looking for an inexpensive cell phone, because my screen was broke on mine and my wife died 5/28. And I couldn't see to open my messages and here well wishers, and sympathy calls.

Anywho, I saw some kindof fancy phone for 11.00 etc. So I clicked on it and it directed me to the information data page.

I filled out all appropriate data including Credit Card info as instructed I figured you gotta pay for WiNNING a products, and thought nothing of it.
I clicked the start winning button and it said you have 215 bids, I thought how odd. You have to pay for bids. EBAY doesn't charge for bids. So I immediately went to my bank account, and there it was $99.00 was taken and left me with $23.00 in my account.

I could have bought a good phone for that!

I was peeved off. They stole my money. There was no terms of agreement i clicked on.

Besides that after fighting with them oh yea! THEY HAVE A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY... AINT THAT A KICK IN THE TEETH.

They're guaranteed $99.00 and nothing you can say about it.
Unauthorized withdrawing of my money.

I've got two complaint # and NUMEROUS battles on the web. And 1 phone call stating the same thing. You bought bids... I never knowingly bought bids. I've never bid, NOT EVEN ONCE.

After being ripped off I had to close down my CREDIT CARD through my bank. I've spent HOURS and days fretting over this small but important amount of money. I haven't had a job in a longtime. My wife died my hearts broke. And they took the CAKE.
