This company advertised online a special for consumers to try their product that instantly whitens teeth and pay only shipping and handling expenses ($3.87.) They took that money out of my checking account on 11/3/10. Then, 5 days later they helped themselves to another $1.49. I guess this was their way of making sure they could get to my money, because 4 days later on 11/12/10 they helped themselves to a whopping $87.13. I got on the phone with them and emailed them. They promised to refund the money. They even sent me a confirmation number of cancellation. I have never seen one dime of a refund. Now, when you call their customer service number, it has been disconnected.
