Terrible company to deal with. I highly recommend you buy some where else. The order received was nothing like the pictures on their web site...

I Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday from this company... Never again!

The flowers showed up 3 days late. I was charged 99.00 for maybe 10.00 worth of flowers. According to their web site; "If you have any questions call us toll free at: 1-888-912-5666", where i only got a voice mail and no replies at all. I called their order line and was treated very poorly on the phone when i tried to explain my complaint, and hung up on. I emailed to their customer service at wecare@ bloomex.ca, and have gotten no reply at all.

Very bad company, avoid them!!!
