Fax trial scam, no refund

I registered for eFax free path on Jun 10th this season. I delivered a fax to test the support. It is a 9 page fax, I delivered from their site. Used to donot get any mail verification back until about 2 hours later. The e-mail stated that the fax failed. And so I ship it again. This time around, I delivered through e-mail, that will be their favorite method. Again, no verification, lastly, about 5 hours later, I obtained a contact stating the fax hasbeen delivered however it got nearly 2 hours. Used to donot give consideration since I have thought I'm still within the test period. Nowadays, I named to stop the support since I have was not pleased with their service-based on that encounter. The repetition explained that I've been billed about $16 for that fax. Evidently, the free trial offer just enables you to deliver 30 fax site, to become precisely, that it is 30 fax page moment. That's to express, even when you deliver 1 site, but somehow it required 31 mins, you will be billed for that 1 minute transmissionm price. I asked them why it got them 2 hours to deliver 9 websites, they do not understand. All-they state is the fact that they do not have control over that and that I need to spend up! No refund! Exactly what a fraud! Do not utilize efax！
