Placed a bet on French Open tennis match -Federer vs. Djok - 300.00-won 621.00. Tried to cash in immediately. Consistent "run around" and ridiculous "verification" in guise of security. Have provided my license 3 times as well as a utility bill confirming my name/address. Their verification process is supposedly for security but in actuality appears to be recurrent delaying tactics and non payment at all. "Heads I win, tails you lose" seems to be the philosophy here. If you lose you pay. If you win you can not collect.
