We had an 7-9pm appointment slot tonight with Empire Today. Our salesman, Tom Shaffer, came at 8:40pm. He called to let us know he was on his way! He brought many samples and was very knowledgeable! He was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very low pressure and made my husband and I feel great about our purchase! We will definitely be referring our friends and family to him when they have a need for carpet!!!
