I was told that I was unable to place a bid at all unless I entered my credit card #. I made the mistake of doing so and my Visa was charged in the amount of $99. I called their customer service number where I was told to email the support team. I have written to them twice w/no reply to date. My credit card company hands are tied as they do not dispute claims of this nature. This is a scam! I have been receiving emails on a daily basis stating I have "free bids" to use!
