This company took upon themselves to charge my account not once but twice. I to have not received my refund. You call them and I stayed on hold for 30 long minutes and then they just hang up. I am in agreement with the other people. They should make good on their agreement. I am so angry that I don't know what to do. I even have the paper work from the post office and the name of the person who accepted the returned package. Just give me my money back. Bad business that's all I gotta say.
