Someone called me saying that my telephone number had been pulled from a jcpenney's drawing and was sent to the jacksonville winners intl and from there i was select as the third place winner of two hundred an fifty thousand dollars and that my check would have to my house to be present to me at two thiry but i had to pay the shipping and handling fee of $299 dollars first through the western union which i did and noone ever came to my house with the check
