Same complaint as everyone else. I was sent two shipments. I did what they said and got a RME #, delivery confirmation receipt and was told I would be credited. I've called them for two days and get put on hold. Funny how at 34 minutes you get disconnected. I will dispute the charges and report them to the BBB.
