A Horrible Company With NASTY Employees

PGW is the worst company. Every single service representative is rude and does not want to provide assistance. We are on a payment plan, I knew i was going to be out of work so i made 3 months of payments in one month. PGW recognized this as only one payment and turned our service off for non-payment. I am taking care of my elderly mother and we did not receive any notice in the mail that our service was going to be shut off. When I went online and made a payment this month, also there was no notice posted that our account was going to be turned off for non payment. I am taking this to a higher authority as I should not be charged the reconnection fees.

Philadelphia Gas Works does not care about their customers and they have treated us poorly many times.
