I was trying to download a free version of Skype. Then a program came up saying that the computer was infected. (MS virus removal) We panicked because none of the programs on the computer would launch. Things were shutting down slowing and we couldn't stop them. We ended up paying the money to remove the viruses, because we were afraid of damage to the computer.
