I was to obtain a $50,000 loan from the Catlin Refinance Institute In London I was in contact with Dr. Catlin Taylor who approved the loan In our initial conversation Dr Catlin promissed that there would be no up front fees involved in obtaining the loan. Shortly after agreeing to the loan terms Dr,
. Catlin attempted to get me to open a London Bank account for 400 pounds He said this was needed to transfer funds to my bank in the us I refused. He than offered to send me a cashiers check but I would have to pay a $300.00 courrer fee. Like an idiot I agreed and paid the money He than sent me a copy of the shipping order from United Nations delivery service all looking very legitimate Shortly there after I recieved an email from the delivery service asking me to call them to work out the delivery. When I called them they informed me that I would have to pay an additional $800 to get my check I finally realized that I had been scamed. I contacted Dr. Catlin and complained and requested my money back al I got was that he would pay half just send him $400
