Dealpass. Comdealpass.com Or MemberWorks, Inc. Ripoff, fraudulent credit card charges

I have noticed charges on my credit card for the last 3 months for MO2 Connections for $14.95. I never signed up for this service. This is a credit card that I only use for my AOL account (for 8 years)—they direct bill this card for my service. I have never used that card for anything else. I called the phone number listed on my credit card statement and an automated phone message gave me my account number and a web address (www.dealpass.com) to go to check my account benefits. I sent dealpass an email on 2/21/04 asking how they got my credit card number and demanded a refund of $14.95 x 3 months = $44.85. The email informed me that they cancelled my account and would refund the money by crediting my credit card account. But they never did answer me as to how they got my credit card number.
This really scares me. The only conclusion I can come to is that AOL give out our account information even though they say they do not do that.
