I was charged $99 in registration process and did not agree to it. I have filed a complaint with BBB and my financial institution in regards to the charges. My bank is reversing the transaction once it clears. I have been in contact via "email" only with th company and they keep informing me of a no refund policy that I cannot find under their terms and conditions. I have stated to them that I did not agree to any purchase that I was only going through the registration setup. They are refusing to refund but I will hound them until I am blue in the face; my bank shouldn't have to eat this money either. Thought it was interesting while on the phone with the bank; they stated that she handled two calls about the same company the week before.
