I thought I was registering for a free account only to find out that I was charged 99.00. I contacted the company askign for a refund only to be denied because I agreed to their terms and conditions. No where on the registration page does there seem to be a link or check box that I can select to say I have agreed to the terms and conditions nor do the terms and conditions appear on the second page that you are directed to.

This website has a terrible user interface that I believe is designed to purposely scam unknowing customers into buying something that they are unaware of purchasing. There should NOT be a default selected bid package, there SHOULD be a purchase confirmation page, the submit button should say "submit for purchase" or something along those lines—certainly NOT "I'm ready to start winning"— this statement makes it seem that your registration is complete, not that you just made a purchase.
