Everytime I enter into The Barnes And Nobles BookStore In Downtown Royaloak thier staff follows me with very intimidating presence. I always make purchaces when I am In the Store. This is not aimed at me but all africain american males that enter their store. On June 11th I was minding my on business walking up the escalator to the concession counter stand. Again one of thier employees walked behind me to follow me as usual as I made my puchase and swiped my credit card. While I was keystroking my pin# she was still behind me, this time she had her cell phone in her hand taking what appeared to be a picture of me making my credit card transactions and putting my pin# in.

I called down to thier customer sevice on june 12th spoke to a Ms Hashina and was given a case# 193384 and was told someone would contact me. Mr Ryan was identified as The Barnes And Noble Store Manager Left a message on my voice mail. Finally spoke with him on June 15 he was very irrogant and rude regarding my complaint and was making excuses for the employee who was following me and trying to violate my creditcard privacy on june 11th they even have her on video behind me that day. This is not considering all the other times they have followed me around and made me feel very uncomfortable as a paying customer. I watch them do this to alot of african american males that come into the Barnes And Nobles Bookstore in downtown Royaloak MI On Mainestreet. What can be done about this social abuse from such a company.
