Ripoff Fraudulent credit card charge

I was charged 29.99 on my credit card on 7-12-07. This charge is not mine and has been reported to my credit card company. The charge doesn't have any other idenifiers such as phone number or address. I see from another report that this could be associated with Barnes and Noble. I did have a charge to Barnes and Noble the same day. I did report this to Barnes and Noble and they have had some other recent calls concerning this company. I found this when checking my online credit card charges not from my monthly statement which may contain Barnes and Nobles phone number.
