Ordered from an infomercial... 1st mistake. Was satisfied with SOME of the product but not all. Once they sent the second batch of same and I looked at the bill (outrageous!) I about fainted. This is NOT what I had been informed would be the monthly cost when speaking to the tellemarketer upselling the products for TV. Bottom line, they ACCEPTED all nine pcs of returned and unopened products but only gave one quarter their value in what I had spent, in return. I tried several times to dispute in writing, to no avail. BE WARNED!!! Stay away from 'your future orders will be delivered and you will be billed' processes. Buy your items 'in person!'
