Billed for items not ordered, ripoff

They keep billing us for items not ordered. After they were notified that we did not order or receive the item they sent the supposed ordered items. It was returned as "Refused" and retuned unopened. We are still getting billed for this. If they continue with this harsement, I will contact the authorities.
