Dropped of a prescription for my daughter and the woman was so rude. She mumbled the whole time, and when I asked or another pen because the one she gave me didn't write, she literally threw the pen at me and mumbled something under her breath. Was very disappointed that simple customer service skills were so lacking. Btw-this was at the new Duane reade pharmacy on the corner of 57th and 3rd.
