Can't Get Through to Person

Every time I call AT&T phone number for customer service I always have to wait at least 20 min. My time is just as valuable as theirs. A person should not have to wait that long to talk to a real person, let alone have to try and talk to their computer. That's my complaint. Thank you, J. Robinson
