In 2004 we discovered termite swarmers within our house and cellar. I caught with Olympic to identify and get rid of the termites. They mounted trap stations round the house to identify and removed the termites. Each spring the swarmers delivered and each spring Olympic workers explained I did so not need termites, only swarmers (ie swarmers do not suggest you've termites.) We respected them-and three or four years back a wall-in my cellar dropped along due to effective pest damage. Rick (the dog owner) arrived and informed us he was sorry they didn't identify the termites which his worker must have discovered the indicators of effective invasion years before. He explained he'd removed the termites. We settled to rebuild the wall and again the swarmers delivered the next may and each spring afterwards.in Spring of 2011 the swarmers delivered again within the cellar and storage and that I individually found the energetic nest within the floor joists within the boiler-room where the timber joists have been ruined.in 9 years that Olympic was under agreement, they didn't identify, find or remove any active termites as the termites destoyed the timber surfaces and floor joists within the boilerroom location. I delivered them a notice many months before requesting them to come back my unique $900 charge and yearly $195 maintenance costs. Olympic hasn't had the courtesy to react to my request. After discussion with additional pest erradication businesses, the swarmers in my own cellar and storage were a direct result an energetic insect nest in my own cellar floor joists and surfaces which Olympic didn't identify or remove.
