Packrat didn't respond

Had a problem with delivery/pick up dates spoke to "mike" he was very nice but no one from the company ever got back to me to resolve the problem after many many attempts... I had pods finish the move due to their lack of getting back to me and it still remains unresolved 4 months later. I would never never use them again. K
