Flowers Not Received as Specified

I ordered flowers to be sent to my daughters wedding. I paid $124 with postage and handling. The flowers were actually $81. I picked a specific arrangement from their selection. It was delivered a day early and was an african violet in a basket. I called to complain and the next day they sent another but it was, according to the recipient, a small arrangement thrown in a basket that looked like a child had thrown it together. They refused it. They robbed me and if you go on line you will see numerous complaints. I only wish I had read these first. The ad is listed in the phone book and looks legit but this company needs to be shut down! I want a refund in full. Never been so dissapointed with a flower arrangement before. I have a picture of the disgusting african violet I paid $124 for. Date of order 5/31, order #5257584. Thank you
