Same as the others. Went to sign up for a "Free" account so I could see what things I could bid on. Funny how they don't show that stuff until you sign up. When it asked for my CC info I figured it was so if I bid it could charge me. Well wasn't I surprised to see the $99 charge. We have called and are trying to get a refund, but so far its "we have a no-refund policy". I don't give up that easily. They don't even have what I was hoping to bid on.
