I placed an individual medium pizza for myself at first @ 8:15 pm through Amanda, and was told it would be delivered in 50 minutes which would have been according to my receipt @ 9:15 pm. It wasn't. I called them to get a status on the delivery. Amanda told me it was out for delivery. I told her I didn't want a cold pizza. When the guy came with it it, it was cold, and I refused it. I called Amanda back & told her just to cancel it and credit my card back. She asked me did I want another one with a complimentary 2liter drink. I told her yes.

Ok, this time it was 9:28 after telling me it would be sent right out to me I called to get the status, & was told by the person that my call was routed to the customer service. Well, how was I suppose to know that. Anyway I did not get the 2nd one till about 55 mins. When the guy came, he said he knocked on the door. We have 2 doorbells lit up. Why would he not ring them? Every one else does. He called my # & asked did I order a pizza, & I said yes. He told me he was at the door. When I opened the door for the pizza, it felt kinda hot, but I was hungry @ this point & accepted the 2nd pizza. When I started eating it, it tasted just like the box. That is how long it had been in the box it was packed in.

I don't appreciate this type of service from anyone. Why should I settle for anything when I just spent my $ thinking I would get a hot pizza. All someone had to tell me is they were running behind, & I would have picked it up myself. I don't appreciate this type of service from anyone. I want my credit card credited back for a 1 topping pizza in the total of $11.37 which is what I was charged for this sorry service from you. If I don't get a response back from you, I will take this complaint further. I am tired of people taking advantage of customers because they feel it is ok. Well it's not okay with me. I was real hungry by this time, & the pizza was warmer than the first one, so I accepted it. I ate 2 slices & all I could taste was a cardboard taste. So you people either email me back with some resolution to this problem, or like I stated before, I will take it higher. Who wants a pizza tasting like cardboard, and Amanda should have told me it was a busy night on a Tuesday. You have my contact info, & I would like a response regarding this sorry service I received. You have a lot of complaints I did see on the Internet. I am not trying to add to them, I just want you to see how unfair I was treated, & it all could have been avoided. You have my email address, and I would like for someone to reply back to me.
