Unauthorized Charge to my Mastercard

I have ordered a product called Prost-Xtra Plus. Sorry but I have never asked the lady's name if I can call her a lady. She suggested me to order outo-ship which she said I may cancell any time later if I wish. This product was suppose to help prostate so the frequency of urination lessen nightly. What happened after I started taking it, the frquency actually increased. I have sent a fax than e-mails 4 times. I would not get a conformation for my cacellation from them.

Recently I have found an extra charge on my Mastercard for US$11.24 from them. I have never agreed to that charge. I have called them today and that lady informed me since I have cancelled my outoship they have added the shipping cost. I have never been informed up front about that policy of theirs. I have agreed US$ 59.82 each time I would receive my order nothing else. I can not trust them, therefore I had no choice but report my card stollen. Now I see I should have done it prior. I shell never make another autoship from any business.
