I do not have a complaint thus far, as this is what happened. After reading information on this site, i was frightened. I called my credit card, they said they could not do anything for a charge that had not come thru.
When i called healthier balance llc. I had no trouble getting thru. None whatsoever. They were very very nice. I told her that i had read all of these complaints. She automatically gave a cancellation #. After her being so nice, i decided to continue this product for one more time, she gave me until october 29th to try the product. And if i decided to keep, she would only charge me $40.00. She said that the people that were being charged were the people that did not read the contract, that after so many days if you did not cancel you would be charged the $79.99. I am going to give them a chance. I just don't belive someone like dr. Oz. Would recommend a product from a company that did the kinds of things that i have read. I will see. If it turns out like the rest, i will let you know
