Lies, Fraud and Scam

Decided to end relationship 5/9 was directed to: www.melalecua.com/youroptions... Which is invalid. 5/31 via phone call told by them couldn't cancel or obtain refund because date was after 5/25. I refused to accept per their informing of recorded intent to cancel/wrong instructions 5/9. Was walked to/thru new site page to CANCELLATION FORM, which was filled out, signed and fixed at 9:30pm 5/31; merchandise shipped FedEx same night. Merchandise received/signed for by Melaleuca Fri. 6/3-10:44AM.

No refund appeared on debit card rather additional $63 charge posted Sat. 6/4. Called company to learn that they intend to withhold additional s/h on second package (even though illegaly sent after cancellation of contract.) Formal complaint filed with USPS since they do business over the internet. This is a company to stay away from!
