I am writing to ask fidelity group yo return my money back guarantee for not doing what they stated they would i have paper that states that i would get a refund minus audit filing fee. They tried to blame and talked to me like i was crazy or something because i had caught they in a lie they too 1850.00 from me and i am a diable person on diability. Family members had to help and i have 3 grand children that i am help raising. The only reason i did not send my mortage money because they told me i did not have to because it would fall under the modification.
