FIDELITY MODIFICATION CORP My husband passed away 7/5/09, the home mortage was solely in husband name, rec'd a phone call from fidelity that they could help me get payments, interest, and apprasal rate lowered. Withdrew 1500 bucks

My husband dies July 5. Several days later I received a phone call from Fidelity Corp asking me if i needed a loan modification, and at the time since my husband's income into the home was all we had, i did not know what to do with the high mortage payment that i would be facing me, that's how I got into this mess with them. I cancelled the services a week later after my funds were taken out of my account, and have not been able to get the money back yet.
I was told... Promised that they would be able to get the mortage put into my name, lower my payments, lower the interest rate, and lower the appraised value of the property, since I had to file papers in probate court and could not since I had let this rip off company steal the funds from me, I am left hanging. As I need the cash to file papers in probate, the mortage co. Called me looking for payment and I explained that I was trying to work out something with Fidelity to get payments lowered and was advised that they could not work with this company to do anything cause the mortage was not in my name or on the mortage at all, it would be invading privacy of my husband... I needed to go to probate court and get the real estate and personal property ordered into my name by the probate judge, then they could help me get all that done because of a program Obama had set into place. But first I had to ge through probate court.
Fidelity Corp. Knew this property was not in my name at all from the first 15 minutes of our conversation... Yet they led me to believe they could do this and get it taken care of... The person i spoke to was Crystal... And yes dealing with cell phones i find out later.
I have asked for my refund of my money and if anyone know who i can submit a complaint on this company please inform me at (ROR redacted) I am 61 years old and waiting for my disability to start, I have no money to deal with at this time but i want to burn someone up about this. I only wish i had found this web site and read the complaints before they got my money.
