Falcon Steel unethical users pensions plan scam

This steel company is one of the big boys - putting up the sky scrapers in new york. They hired me as a project manager and moved me from the west coast. They contributed nice amounts to my pension plan - for which you are not vested until 5 years of service. After 4 years i was laid-off but they continued to contribute to my pension plan. They still send me the statements, just to keep me reminded of how they screwed me.

If you are ever contacted by al katz or john o'brien about taking a job of any kind there beware!!! The o'brien's run the show and the greed they exhibit is phnomenal. Like they needed that money - but with the way the rules are written they will get the largest majority.
