Hagan has a history of writing bad checks, not paying rent, and, most seriously, sexual misconduct. He initates bankruptcy proceedings on a regular basis. He served prison time in Illinois for fraud. He's been in Baldwin County for more than 13 years.

Law enforcement is well aware of his nefarious activities but apparently don't have the resources or stamina to follow charges against him to conviction. That's a pity because he's only going to hurt more people. I find it interesting that he's going after a mayoral candidate for sexual misconduct when he's the picture postcard of a sexual predator.

I am a victim of Hagan's amoral psyche as are more than 30 other women as of 2003. He also wrote me countless bad checks. This was many years ago. I wish I could get over it, but that's not going to happen until justice is done, and I don't see that happenning as long as charges are only brought and not seen through.

He's not going to be stopped in Baldwin County, Alabama, that's for sure. If illegal internet activities could be captured, perhaps a higher jurisdiction would be successful, but that's a whole other can of worms.

People tend to, rightly so, move on with their lives, but if everyone who has been victimized by this blustery, loud-mouthed, pariah, woudl not succomb to his threats, and testify, maybe, we would never again have to hear about his further atrocities. Amen!
