Buyer beware! Poor experience. I do not recommend purchasing any product from PromGirl.com. There are too many other reputable retailers available. I purchased a $367 prom dress for my daughter and need to return the dress for another size. Problem, I have to pay for return freight. I have to pay for restocking fee. For all practical purposes I am restricted from shopping for a replacement with anyone else because Promgirl.com does not offer refund. An old phrase comes to mind, 'Salt in the Wound."

Most reputable online retailers will not charge you a restocking. Most reputable online retailers will include the return shipping. Most reputable online retailers will offer a refund within a certain time frame.
I accept the responsibility for not playing my role of "Buyer Beware." I should have read the fine print. Shame on you PromGirl.com. I will not conduct business with you again. I will communicate my poor shopping experience with as many people that I can.
