Bell Mobility
"No Service" But I Still Must Pay You?

Miscellaneous

Since moving our residence in late March, we discovered our Bell coverage for our 4 iPhones would not work, we would get a "No Service" icon popping up on our phones. This means No Service for phone, data, text. After contacting the Bell Customer Service contact centre on numerous occasions (6) since this has happened, I continue to be put through a very tedious session and being transferred to "technical support." It is very obvious that our geography here in Victoria, BC is affecting the service in this area, which I have endlessley tried to explain. The service is unusable.

My frustration is in the fact I continue to be regularly billed for a service that will not work, even though I have explained the situation to the point of exhaustion. When I asked to simply cancel my account until Bell can find a fix, I have been re-buffed. The two most disappointing things other than getting No Service are the exhorbitant closing of account fees I would have to pay, accompanied with the fact that 2 Technical Solutions reps suggested I become more "tech savvy" which I felt was insulting and condescending.

I have a very good to excellent history of paying my bills and credit history, however I feel I am being treated with little repect for being a loyal Bell customer. I am desperate to get this situation rectified with you.

Thank you very much.
