Sticky Keyboard Within Six Months and No Help

Have a sticky keyboard, haven't has]d it 6 months, was never offered a protection plan, I am a student, they refused to help. I have placed a note on facebook, and at work and school bulletin board explaining how HP doesn't care for the customer.
