Keeps Disconnecting With Message of no Minutes

This most recent incident has occured on May 23/24. Even though my account has been debited by Straighttalk, I keep getting disconnect from calls with a message that I have no minutes. My account was debited on May 22nd for my new plan. I can call again, but the message will come on again about a half hour into my call. I have checked twice and my account shows minutes/text/internet all is as it should be for the next month.

This is the second time this has happened. The last time was in February where I was going to renew my plan when I got home from a trip and all of a sudden I had no minutes left. I only use maybe at the most 1/4 to 1/2 of my minutes each month because I just don't use a phone that much. The last time I complained I got a totally stupid message about something other than I was asking. When I complained in February, the person spoke kind of good English, but had little or no understanding of English plus the total time of the call to their service was close to a half hour because he kept trying to sell me other stuff (new phone, different plan, etc) which I didn't need. It was rediculous!

Now I'm stuck with being disconnected with a message that I have no minutes. Straighttalk makes the customer in the wrong and totally ignore their poor customer service. I have proof of always paying when my plan is about to expire. I should have stayed with Verizon, but I was paying way to much for my monthly plan and seldom use. That is why I switched. Now, I regret and looking for a service that has inexpensive rates for my little use of a phone.
