Boycott compliance

I wish to complain about Panasonic's compliance to the Arab boycott of Israel.

Panasonics new digital camera DMC-TZ10, with GPS, DOES NOT include Israel in its data-base. I tried various locations, but still the screen shows blank (unrecognizeable) GPS (postion). Why is Israel excluded from it's (advertised) data base of 73 countries, 500,000 locations? How would Panasonic respond?
