They keep saying they want to send a refund but never follow through. If they would meet with the sales person (Dawn) they might actually follow through with what they say. I am beginning to think Dawn works off site at some remote location. This guy (Tinsley) is really out of touch with what is going on. I think this company is in financial trouble. Anyone that can't refund $64.80 must be scraping the bottom and the negative reviews will NOT STOP.
They have all the information needed if they check their e mails...
