Damage to my Jeep

In March i purchased an annual car wash for 50.00. It was my first time at that store. I had damage in my right mirror. The supervisor told me to get an estimate for the damages. Later they refused the repairs. I asked for my refund. I spoke with the owner and told him i would not go back to his stores. He said he would send some free vouchers, i agreed. He never sent me anything and refuses to accept my calls. I want my mirror fixed and my refund!
