Poor Customer Service

The repaires on the automobile does not validate the price. The car has been setting for two months after the time of repaires. The car was put in the shop due to running hot. I was told that the car was going to be in perfect shape when returned. I have had nothing but problems then after. I have contacted Edward regarding problem @ he says nothing he can do. He installed a battery in which was from his business and in two months the battery is dead, supposed to be new. I contacted Edward back regarding battery and he said he could and would not take it back for a full refund. I asked him why and he gave no reason. I have the recept and it says 60 day warranty.
