Didn't Disclose High Charge for Shipping

I sent away for a few CD's and I chose the lowest cost for shipping which was under $10 dollars. I received notice that UPS had come with the CD’s while I was out but didn’t leave the package because I owed $39 just for delivery! According to my purchase record I had already paid for delivery. I contacted the company listed above and Carol Boltz said it was beyond her control. I had already been charged for the CD's and would not be credited even though I did not have the CD's! I refused to pay $39 for delivery-it made each CD cost $35 which I considered akin to robbery. I asked more than once for a refund but they would not give me a refund. They did not disclose the true cost of delivery and then pretended not to know. They have since refused to refund my money.
