Horrible Customer Service

I obtained a notice from PSE&H declaring I had a need to contact them to plan an examination. I named today and also to Jason (no lastname) to do this and he was let me make it clear the rudest, many ridiculous fool I Have actually talked to. He'd no idea what I had been referring to or just how to assist me, and also to top it down, he was RELUCTANT to move me to somebody who might. He is in severe need of some Customer Support Instruction. PSE&H PLEASE!!! Ensure that your workers have correct instruction just before placing them about the telephones to connect to clients, as this can possess a large effect (not really a great one) in your organization sooner or later! It surely must quit.
